Thank you for having an interest in our products. While it is possible to ship anywhere in the world, we are based in Canada, North America. As such, all orders to be shipped out of North America are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Order & Shipping charges to be paid in advance.
- All extra charges incurred due to Exportation, Duty or Bank charges, to be paid by Customer in advance.
- If for any reason Autruche can not arrange shipping, the Customer will be responsible to make the arrangements for the order.
- All shipping information must be given at the time of payment.
